SWEET MOMENT NAIL AND PEDI SPA

Regrettably, my visit here was disappointing and I do not plan on returning. I showed the artist a previous picture and explicitly stated that it was the exact look I desired, sourced from their positive reviews on Google.

1. The French tip line lacks precision, appearing flat on some sides and curved on others, failing to extend across the entire nail. 2. Nail thickness is inconsistent within each nail, almost forming a plateau on top of my nails. They are flat at the top and descend straight down instead of being rounded. 3. In some images, the nail tips do not align with the edge of my natural nail, resulting in a significant gap on certain nails. 4. When the final clear coats were applied, the artist briefly left and upon return, seemed surprised that they were still wet. She suggested switching to shellac and proceeded to buff off two layers of WET nail polish from my nails. She appeared stressed and accidentally buffed my skin as well. 5. The gel polish application was rushed, leaving empty spots, polish on my skin, and two SPIKEY bumps on the TOP of my nails. 6. After completing the nails, the artist gave me a hand massage without removing any nail filings from my hand, leaving a sandy sensation. 7. The only positive was the woman who did my pedicure, although I requested a foot scrub for extra dead skin removal, my feet still felt rough upon returning home. 8. While there for a visit with a friend, we both discovered ants crawling on us. One was on my foot and the other on my friend's lap.
