Could not been any better. I am now a regular customer and I had my family go there because the people there are amazing. The hairstylists are all professional and know what they are doing. The place is quite and clean all the time even, and even tho the space is limited they have a nice waiting area. Easy to book appointments and their customer service is legit. I would recommend it over a lot of hair salons in West Springfield.
Love Siciliano Salon! Yvette is amazing and so talented. She gets exactly what I am looking to do and works with my hair to achieve the look. And it lasts as it grows out! That is a true testimony on how well she cuts hair.
I had Jessilyn as my stylist and I asked for a balayage, hair treatment and haircut was scheduled for 2 hours I was there 4 because she couldn’t color my new hair growth correctly and then had to throw on a different color on my hair and roots and not to mention the haircut was so uneven I had to go home and fix it myself and then my hair started breaking off please don’t go to Jessilyn if you care about your hair and don’t want to waste hundred of dollars or your time!!!
