I have been going to Taylor for 3 years now. I drive over an hour for their service. They do an incredible job. They respect your time. They are very dedicated to getting your hair right. They are professional and caring. Love going to Taylor every time.
Taylor was soooo awesome!!! Just a great personality but don't get it twisted, they were about their business, so quick and PAINLESS with the braids and I'm tender-headed lol. And very affordable. They have gained a family of customers for life!
The first time I went here it was fantastic and my hair came out really well. The second time, the braids weren't finished and they weren't tight at all. I asked them to fix them and they did at their house. The third time, they triple booked a spot that was clearly meant for just one person. They were scrambling to try to braid three people's hair and it was very unprofessional. My hair came out horrible, but they still had two other people to do, and I had been sitting there for five hours after they made me wait a whole hour and a half before even starting. I will not be coming here again! This is the state of my braids after only a couple of days, horrible! Do not recommend if you want your hair done well.
