The proprietor was incredibly rude and confrontational towards me. One of the employees didn't understand my instructions and ended up messing up my nails - when I pointed this out, the owner insisted that I pay for two separate nail treatments! I tried to explain that I had confirmed my request with the employee before they started, but he accused me of lying. Overall, it was a terrible experience and my nail beds are in pain - they cut me multiple times and showed no concern.
