The proprietor was incredibly rude and confrontational towards me. One of the employees didn't understand my instructions and ended up messing up my nails - when I pointed this out, the owner insisted that I pay for two separate nail treatments! I tried to explain that I had confirmed my request with the employee before they started, but he accused me of lying. Overall, it was a terrible experience and my nail beds are in pain - they cut me multiple times and showed no concern. My nail beds are now cut and cracked because of this establishment.

I had an amazing time at this establishment and will definitely return. Kyle and his spouse are skilled technicians who create a very calming environment with great vibes. My nails turned out beautifully, the pricing was fair, and I especially enjoyed the handcrafted tumblers they have on display. This is definitely a small business worth supporting. I absolutely loved my first nail appointment in years and highly recommend this place.
