I've been visiting my local community salon for three decades. Last week, I opted for a balayage and a haircut 《photo #1》. Spending four hours and $200, my hair turned out fried and orange. When I asked my stylist for a fix, she claimed it would lighten after a few washes. Unsatisfied 😕, Patricia stepped in to save the day. She fit me into her schedule, revamped my hair, and now I adore my new cut and color 《photos 2/3》. My hair is healthy and soft once more. Despite my fear of changing salons or stylists, Patricia earned my trust 💯. I'm immensely grateful 🙏 for her effort in making things right, even though it wasn't her initial job to correct. 🧡
