alyssa milano made me shell out $108 for my toes and nails that were as uneven as can be French tip shouldn’t be $90 and she demanded $15 for all my nails to have diamonds so I had to decline and only put a diamond on 1 finger which cost $5 I'm pretty sure it was $5 per finger if I recall correctly for tiny cheap plastic diamonds not even like good fake diamonds dollar tree ones literally the owner did my nails and she always erases my review she’s erased it twice this is my third time posting and I’ll definitely just save this in my notes and keep posting it 😭 because it’s insane fr I was in tears in front of the lady while she did them and she knew they were bad too and to be charging me like how she did no.. she didn’t even apply the acrylics correctly she forgot prep just save your money and go to an at-home nail tech they do good feet but nails they definitely need a nail tech there because I don’t know what these duck feet they gave me were stop erasing my review I’m gonna keep posting it 💁🏻♀️
They were clueless on how to properly remove SNS. I had a 5:45 appointment that they did not stick to. The manicurist wrapped my nail in foil and moved on to do someone’s pedicure/manicure. There is a lack of communication. I wasn’t attended to until 6:45 and then was asked if I would like to return tomorrow. I paid $10 for SNS removal and walked out. I’m sure they’re nice individuals however there is a deficiency in customer service.
😍😍😍 ADORE this spot & Adela is just phenomenal!! Adela is incredibly patient, extremely kind, professional, and did not hurry me along. She took her time and ensured I was pleased with my length, shape, colors & design. Such a fantastic price too, only $48 for French tip on all nails, I’ve been charged more at other spots. The team were all welcoming. The salon itself may need a slight update but honestly, I am so thrilled with my nails that it doesn’t bother me. I’ve been to much fancier spots that did sloppy rush jobs with impolite service.
