My eyebrows were completely ruined by Sonia. She made them super thin like they were from the 90s, and to make matters worse, one had an arch while the other was straight. I asked for a simple clean-up and didn't even get that. Stay away from her!! Luckily, my eyebrows grow back quickly because this is a disaster.
This is by far the worst salon I've ever been to with terrible customer service. You have to sign in and wait, only to have someone come in from outside, sign up, leave, and then get served immediately when they return, while the person who was there before has to keep waiting. I waited for an hour, and then someone showed up who had signed in an hour ago and got in right away. Avoid this salon at all costs.
