A hidden treasure in Los Angeles... unequivocally, the most exceptional massage I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will certainly return. The quality is outstanding, and the pricing is reasonable. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You truly get the full value of every minute you pay for, which is truly remarkable. The women were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The massage was truly one of the best I've ever experienced. I entered feeling sore and weary. It was a particularly rainy day, and they graciously allowed us to linger, provided nourishment, water, and even dried my friend's garments. By the time I departed, I was dry, warm, well-fed, relaxed, and my hips felt rejuvenated. If that isn't exceptional customer service and genuine kindness, I don't know what is.
A rather distressing encounter. I called to book a 90-minute massage with hot stones, and the lady informed me the total was $120, including the hot stones at no extra cost. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay before the service, which seemed odd. The lady spent a significant portion of the time focusing on my buttocks, making me feel very uneasy. I left feeling more discomfort than when I arrived, as she touched me in unsettling ways. When I mentioned the hot stones, she demanded an additional $10, contrary to our initial conversation. Upon completion, she requested a tip, and I explained I could only tip with my card. I stated I would leave a $10 tip, but she insisted on 20%. When I refused, she became angry, took the money, and promptly ejected me from the establishment. The following day, I discovered a bruise from the hot stones, as she carelessly dropped them on my back.
