I fancy this spa. (Near the Dillard’s Entry) It's spotless, serene, and exudes a calming vibe. This marked my 2nd trip, and I'll return. Today Tommy styled my festive nails. The technician did a fantastic job on the base of my nails, resulting in perfection. My right hand turned out beautifully, but for some reason, the French manicure on my left hand is a mess. Despite the flaw on my left middle and index fingers, I opted not to have it redone. I had an appointment set with Alex. He began working on my nails, but then another person took over. While I patiently waited, a new customer walked in seeking a full set. Alex chose to assist the walk-in instead of me, despite my prior appointment. Feeling let down, I departed without my nails finished.
