The technician did a fantastic job on the base of my nails, resulting in perfection. My right hand turned out beautifully, but for some reason, the French manicure on my left hand is a mess. Despite the flaw on my left middle and index fingers, I opted not to have it redone. While they excel at preparation, I would advise against getting any designs due to the inconsistency.
I waited for 20-30 minutes to have my nails done, which was not the issue as I was informed about the wait time. The nail technician removed the previous polish, filed my nails, and then disappeared for another 20-30 minutes without informing me, to attend to another customer. I left without getting my nails done, and neither the technician nor the manager offered an apology or compensation. I will not return to this salon.
