This place is hands down one of the best spots for a haircut. The MVP treatment is top-notch and I highly recommend it. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be a regular. It's not just a haircut, it's a relaxing experience for everyone. Already spreading the word to my friends.
First visit here. Had a great experience with Taylor as my stylist. She was super friendly and we had a nice chat. The haircut turned out great, she paid attention to the little details. Definitely coming back for Taylor's expertise.
Couldn't try out the services as when we arrived at 5:20 PM, the staff in West Lafayette said they couldn't take any more clients even though it was before closing time at 6:00 PM. They suggested coming back the next day, but my kids have after-school activities and don't finish until after 5:00 PM. Why not adjust the schedule to accommodate clients until 5 o'clock? Disappointed by the lack of flexibility and felt like we were an inconvenience. They're definitely losing potential customers.
