Ryan did an outstanding job, thorough, professional, and courteous as a therapist. I give Ryan 5 stars. However, the Mother's Day coupon promotion was deceptive and not honored at the counter for my son's first massage and gift to me, hence my 4-star rating.
This place is dreadful. I've been attempting to shift my membership from a different state to this one for months with no success. I provided all the required documents and was initially informed it would take 6-8 weeks. It's been close to 6 months now, and every time I inquire about an update, I receive vague responses and promises of callbacks that never happen. Whenever I request to speak to a manager, they are always conveniently unavailable or too busy. I've had enough; I'm canceling my membership. I strongly advise against this place; their customer service is abysmal.
Laurie and the reception staff were exceptional, soothing, and hospitable. The massage before my wedding weekend was perfect. Thank you!
