I requested a long A-line, but ended up with a VERY Short Bob... !! I've been growing my hair out for so long because I love having long hair. However, my Partner adores short hair. The only reason I decided to cut it today was to surprise my Partner as a Valentine's gift. I nearly cried in the chair, and I still feel like shedding tears. I despise how it looks on me!
Janelle does an excellent job, but I appreciate she will also provide advice if you're considering something that could harm your hair or be challenging to manage. The individuals there are very friendly, and the salon is consistently clean and organized. I've always had a fantastic experience and have been visiting Janelle for years since I relocated here. She was suggested due to the delightful head massage during shampooing. I get cuts, styles, and foil color without any issues, but I'm confident they would be addressed if they arose.
Wish I could have given zero stars, but I felt the need to share this. Avoid this place if you're looking to try something new and go short! Seeing others' reviews, including on Google, they also didn't get what they wanted! Just like me!
