I have been a loyal customer at Mayflower Day Spa for quite some time now. I have always admired the way Lily takes care of my nails, and I specifically request her for all my appointments. Unfortunately, I have decided to stop going to this establishment due to the change in ownership. The previous owner, Sarah, ran the place with such grace and professionalism. The new owner, Alex, lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills. When I called to reschedule my appointment with Lily, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. Alex abruptly ended the call, claiming she was busy with another client. Despite promising to call me back, she never did. It is disappointing to see such a decline in service quality. As much as I appreciate Lily's work, I will not be returning as long as Alex is in charge.
Mayflower Day Spa is my absolute favorite! The staff is incredibly attentive and the services are top-notch. The ambiance is serene and inviting, making every visit a delightful experience. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed!
I have been a patron of Mayflower for years, even before I relocated to the area. The recent change in ownership has left me feeling unsettled. The lack of communication and transparency from the new management is concerning. The salon now feels impersonal, with walls plastered with advertisements instead of the warm, welcoming environment Mary once cultivated. While the nail technician who did my gel manicure was skilled and pleasant, the longevity of the manicure left much to be desired. It chipped within just three days, which was disappointing considering the price and quality I had come to expect from Mayflower.
