Yesterday, I was attended to by the proprietor, and he did a terrible and repulsive job. When I inquired if the task was complete, he affirmed, but then asked, "Are you just going to leave me like this? Won't you tidy up?" After my response, he agreed to rectify the situation. In a fit of anger, I departed without hesitation. Despite charging me $21, I only handed over $10. I felt no remorse in paying less as the proprietor displayed no shame. I have no intentions of returning, especially not to be served by the proprietor. I have been a loyal customer at Mayflower Day Spa for quite some time now. I have always admired the way Lily takes care of my nails, and I specifically request her for all my appointments. Unfortunately, I have decided to stop going to this establishment due to the change in ownership. The previous owner, Sarah, ran the place with such grace and professionalism. The new owner, Alex, lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills. When I called to reschedule my appointment with Lily, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. Alex abruptly ended the call, claiming she was busy with another client. Despite promising to call me back, she never did. It is disappointing to see such a decline in service quality.
