This place is not like a medical spa; it’s more like a comedy club. I booked my appointment for 5:30, confirmed it through text a day before the appointment, and confirmed again 6 hours before the appointment. When I arrived at 5:30, they sent me an email cancellation without any reason. And I had to watch the front desk do their poor job while they sang.
