I booked my appointment for 5:30, confirmed it through text a day before the appointment, and confirmed again 6 hours before the appointment. When I arrived at 5:30, they sent me an email cancellation without any reason. And I had to watch the front desk do their poor job while they sang. Moreover, his enthusiasm is contagious, and he is transparent. You won't experience any unnecessary upselling or persuasion for unnecessary treatments.
