WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! STAFF EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. WENT YESTERDAY FOR EYEBROWS, TOLD TO COME SAME DAY 3PM/4PM OR NEXT DAY 9:30AM DUE TO EMERGENCY. AGREED TO NEXT DAY, STAFF SAID SHE WASN'T IN AND TO COME NEXT DAY. PREFERRED TO SPEND MONEY IN A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.
BEEN VISITING THIS SALON ON AND OFF FOR YEARS, DUE TO LACK OF CONSISTENCY. HAVEN'T BEEN HERE IN THE LAST 4 YEARS. COULDN'T GET APPOINTMENT AT MY REGULAR SPOT DUE TO HOLIDAY. DECIDED TO TRY On La Nails AGAIN; SHOULD'VE WAITED. ARRIVED AT 1:30, SERVICED AT 3SOMETHING, LEFT DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED & UNSATISFIED. ASKED FOR PINK ON PINK FRENCH TIP FILL, SHOWED EXAMPLE, ENDED UP WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RESULT. NEVER GIVING THIS BUSINESS MY MONEY AGAIN IN THIS LIFETIME OR THE NEXT. WHO PAYS TO SEE NATURAL NAIL THROUGH FRENCH TIP? HANDS LEFT DRY AND PEELING. DID SOAP IN YOUR RESTROOM CAUSE THIS? POLISH RESIDUE, COME ON, IT'S 2023. GET IT TOGETHER.
