This is absolutely the most horrendous nail job I've ever received in my life. I work as a dancer and have developed some rather severe calluses on my feet, so I decided to have them taken care of. Despite making an appointment over an hour in advance, I was instructed to arrive by 2 or risk not being attended to. Upon reaching the salon, I had to endure a 30-minute wait due to the presence of only one staff member. Balancing two jobs currently, I had no choice but to squeeze in this visit during my brief one-hour break.
I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment for its relaxing atmosphere, diverse nail design options, and overall convenience. The salon is impeccably clean, and the staff members are incredibly pleasant. I will definitely return for future visits. Simply amazing!
My toes were cut so short that they resemble those of a survivor in the wilderness, biting them for sustenance. The technician neglected to apply foot lotion or provide an oil massage, and despite my request for callus removal, she simply soaked my feet in water and continued to trim my nails excessively. I had to repeatedly ask her to address the calluses properly. Never in my life have my toes been trimmed so drastically short. I usually maintain them at a moderate length as I prefer French-style nails without acrylic. Having them cut so short not only caused immense pain but also disrupted the look I was aiming for at my upcoming event. It's impossible to wear open-toed shoes when it appears as though I've been nibbling on my own toes.
