I am in LA for four days for a wedding and decided last minute that I wanted to get my nails done. After reading some reviews on Google, I decided to call and they were able to accommodate me within half an hour. I don’t get my nails done very often so I can’t really compare my experience to anywhere else, but I was extremely content with the service provided. They were highly professional, amiable, and maintained cleanliness. The foot and hand massage were incredibly relaxing. The only downside is they don’t accept Discover, only Visa and MasterCard. Tips are cash only, but they have an ATM inside 👍🏼 Overall, I had a fantastic experience! ♥️
Elliot, the nail technician, is EXTREMELY rude, and I detested working with him. The proprietor is also exceptionally rude and off-putting. They are excessively money-driven and charge for unnecessary items that no other salon charges for (to my knowledge), leaving a very negative impression. I had my nails done here twice and never returned.
Holly was my nail tech and he upcharged me without disclosing the price details and attempted to upsell me additional services when all I wanted was a basic manicure priced at $18. Ended up being billed $32 because he added a clear coating to my nails, excluding tip. He was pleasant, but insincere and solely focused on getting me to spend more money. Additionally, the clear coating chipped off within an hour.
