I really wanted to like this place but sadly my nail technician punctured my nail beds on two different fingers and was very rough with me. After the first injury, I was bleeding quite a bit, she just wiped off the blood and kept going. I told her to please be careful and she kept mindlessly adding chemicals and products onto my hands which caused an extreme burning sensation. Then the same thing happened on another finger. The worst part about this situation is that instead of taking accountability she just kept saying I have “sensitive skin” as if it’s my fault this happened. Even after getting hurt, she was still very rough with me and not being careful at all.
So annoyed. It cost me $90 not including tip to get French tip gel polish here and they didn’t even last me a week! I even bought the special long lasting gel they charge you an extra $20 for. Very disappointed!
