This place is not like a medical spa; it’s more like a comedy club. I booked my appointment for 5:30, confirmed it through text a day before the appointment, and confirmed again 6 hours before the appointment. When I arrived at 5:30, they sent me an email cancellation without any reason. And I had to watch the front desk do their poor job while they sang. It’s extremely unprofessional.
Cienega Med Spa is absolutely stunning. I love both the Miami and San Francisco location. The staff keeps the place immaculate. I have never had a bad experience here. I always try to schedule my appointments but occasionally I'm nearby and will do a walk-in and they are always willing to fit me into their busy schedules. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is outstanding. The nurses are the kindest. The NP at SF is phenomenal. I always do my treatments with RN Grace. She really takes her time and explains everything so thoroughly to me. One thing the med spa doesn't do very well is advertise just how truly painless their laser hair removal is!! I've been to other med spas where they say their laser is painless and it is not but at this place, you really don't feel a thing and it gives great results!
I just had a session with Michael, and he was truly amazing, patient, and gentle. I was somewhat anxious about my appointment, but he took the time to listen to my prior experiences and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session, often checking in with me. It was definitely a positive experience.
