I adore this store! I've had tattoos done by Ben several times and the quality and vibe have always been fantastic! The attention to detail and craftsmanship are consistently excellent. Highly recommend.
I traveled to Chicago for work but had a weekend to spare. My hotel was conveniently close to this shop, so I thought, "Why not get a new piercing? I'm alone and have the funds." I gathered my things and walked over. I was greeted by @bahableeds. She was incredibly kind and hospitable! I explained my interest in the two piercings for $100 deal, and she provided all the necessary information and assisted me in choosing the jewelry. The environment was exceptionally clean and organized. She marked the spots, sterilized the jewelry, took a deep breath, and... it was done! The entire process was swift and well-executed. When I return to Chicago, I will definitely revisit this establishment.
During my recent visit to the studio, I opted for two tattoos. The one located behind my ear turned out amazing and was executed with precision. However, the one on my hand was initially outlined with a marker before being tattooed, resulting in an amateurish appearance. Additionally, the artist did not apply a protective wrap to either tattoo, claiming it would easily come off, and advised me to simply rinse them with soap and water. No other aftercare instructions were provided. A few days later, my hand tattoo began to develop scales, swell, and cause significant pain. After researching proper care methods, I realized the advice given to me was counterproductive and exacerbating the issue. Consequently, I purchased a kit to aid in the healing process. The kit has been beneficial, reducing the pain and swelling. I have decided not to return to this studio in the future and will caution others against patronizing it.
