I visited Beverly Hot Springs last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the mineral water. It was incredibly relaxing and made me feel content.
The sauna was disappointingly cool. The hot water in the shower was barely warm. The leg waxing was a disaster - there was a significant amount of hair left on my legs, and I will have to fix it myself. I regret scheduling this service. The facility is old, poorly maintained, dark, and dreary. I will not be returning. While the mineral bath was nice, it doesn't make up for the lack of quality service and the neglect of the facility.
Recently visited this place and had a fantastic experience! The hot pool, cold plunge, steam room, and sauna were all in perfect working order. My partner and I booked massages which were scheduled for an hour after our arrival. We were allowed to relax in the spa for an hour before our massages, and then spent another hour in the spa after our treatments. In total, we enjoyed 3 hours at the Spa. They provided complimentary flip flops and towels. There was hot and cold water available from the dispenser. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hair dryer were all provided for free. And yes, most people were nude there.
