The facility is impeccably clean. The owner personally undergoes all treatments beforehand before offering them to clients. Since my initial consultation, I've had 2 services done and referred 3 other friends for treatments. Alex, the owner, is meticulous with skincare, providing detailed explanations and guidance during treatments. Both Alex and Lily have a medical background, instilling confidence in their expertise. This is truly a fantastic all-in-one stop. I'm captivated and ready for my self-care journey at GLOW BEAUTY SPA... THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK HERE!! Rushed job and rude workers!!! I came here way before closing & they treated me as if I wasn’t paying my hard owned money to come here!!!! They rushed my nails and made me feel so uncomfortable I didn’t even let them finish my nails!! Both the owner and her workers are rude!!! The nail salon is a place to come and relax! How can I relax if the nail technician is rushing my nails and hurting me at the same time! Worst $70 I ever spent in my life and wouldn’t recommend this nail service to a dog! Don’t waste your money or spend your time! And instead of making my nails right the first owner came and had the same attitude as her worker!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HEREEEEE!!! Left with my nails as is no polish not even fully filed! That’s how terrible the experience was!
