Absolutely thrilled with the nail service I received at this salon. Moon, the nail technician, did an outstanding job. She was gentle and attentive throughout the process, creating a stunning design on my nails. The salon has a calming atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
My first visit to this salon was disappointing, contrary to the positive reviews. Upon arrival, I was greeted by multiple staff members and taken to a station by the owner, Moon. While Moon started the removal of my dip powder, another staff member took over and used a rough rotary file, despite my preference for it. The lack of attention to my requests was evident, and the overall attitude of the staff member was off-putting. The application of the polish was inconsistent, resulting in nails of different lengths and shapes. The quality of the work was subpar, with chips and cracks appearing within days. Despite being told I could have them fixed within two weeks, the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the price paid. I do not recommend this salon and am considering seeking a refund.
The entire team at this salon is exceptional in their professionalism and service. Regardless of who does your nails, the results are always fantastic. I recently brought my 8-year-old daughter for a special nail treatment, and Moon went above and beyond to make her nails perfect for the first day of summer. I highly recommend this salon for their excellent service.
