The customer service at the nail salon was terrible. The technician was rough with my hands, didn't follow my requests, mixed up my colors, and overcharged me. It's clear why the salon was empty on a busy day like Friday.
I was impressed with the quality of the nail services at this salon. The female technician did an excellent job with my nails, even better than my previous experiences. However, her lack of personality and engagement during the service was disappointing. Despite this, I was happy with the results and would consider returning for the quality of the services provided.
My daughter and I visited a nail salon for a pampering session. Unfortunately, the technician's attitude towards my daughter was unacceptable. Her nails were left in a mess, and it seemed like he didn't care about the quality of his work. I wouldn't recommend this salon at all.
