A fifty dollar pedicure in under 25 minutes was disappointing. There was no removal of dry skin, no wax treatment, no stone massage, and when I got home and removed my sock, the gel on my big toe peeled off. The technician had "none of my own supplies, I use the shop's." Her ombre nails were well done, but due to this experience, I ended up needing antibiotics and will not be returning. These photos were taken one hour after my visit. Yes, my toes look unattractive, but the focus should be on the gel issue.
I have never encountered someone quite like Samantha! My sons and I (7 and 4 years old) visited a Shadow Dim today and indulged in mother and son pedicures. Samantha was incredibly attentive and CALM with my boys. She engaged with them throughout the entire session, making them feel truly special. The service was exceptional, and she even granted my boys the nail design on their big toes they had been pleading for. The service I experienced was fantastic, Samantha took her time and continued to assist my kids while tending to me - a true multitasking professional! The spa could use a bit of sprucing up, but that does not reflect the service or the technician who attended to us today!
