TV Nails Bar

I went to have my acrylics removed and the individual who began my nails switched to doing a pedicure, so I waited for someone else to finish the removal process. It wasn't too bad given the busyness, but the person who completed my nails ended up damaging my cuticles with the nail grinder to the point of bleeding. I understand the rush to accommodate other customers, but this level of service is simply unacceptable.

This was my first time at this establishment. I only needed a fill. I requested the color "bubble bath" and wanted to add some extra flair to it. The individual at the reception desk removed the color I always use. The alternative color offered was a murky bathwater hue which I declined. I then asked to see the mood-changing nail colors, but each one I requested was met with a "no, we don't have that." Frustrated, I simply asked for something unique but was given basic nails, which I explicitly stated I did not want. This was the result I received, and on top of that, I was charged $60.

This marks my initial visit here. The mimosas were delightful, and the service was exceptional. Mrs. Leeann made me feel like I was walking on air. Mrs. Sammy did an outstanding job on my nails, shaping them perfectly. Thank you, Tv nails, I will definitely return.
