What a dreadful experience! I went in to have my eyebrows shaped for my birthday, having diligently grown them out for months. I communicated my desire for thick brows with elongated ends to the proprietor, but she rudely interrupted me, asserting her expertise. Upon completion, my eyebrows were as thin as paper, with a bald patch that she concealed using my longer brow hairs, resulting in a Dalmatian-like appearance due to her excessive tweezing. I had to wait 10 minutes for a cashier to come assist me on the floor and that left only one cashier to check out anyone who came.
Had it been a busy time, a cashier would not have been able to help me and I would have left with nothing I came for because I wouldn't have found an employee to help me.

She pays great attention to detail and is a true perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a stylist. She is incredibly kind and treats you like part of her own family. I went to have my acrylics removed and the individual who began my nails switched to doing a pedicure, so I waited for someone else to finish the removal process. It wasn't too bad given the busyness, but the person who completed my nails ended up damaging my cuticles with the nail grinder to the point of bleeding.
