The wait was a bit lengthy but definitely worth it. I'm glad I got my 5-month-old's ears pierced here. Mr. W was fantastic with him. He was quick, efficient, and really good with my son. He talked to him, comforted him, and played with him. He even chatted with me and gave me great advice for the piercings. I highly recommend Mr. W. He is amazing.
We were planning to have my baby nephew get his ears pierced yesterday. After witnessing TWO INFANTS having to endure extra struggle and discomfort because the person doing the piercing couldn't finish putting the back of the earrings on due to their LONG nails, we decided to go to Claire's. They did a perfectly good, clean, and quick piercing. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with having long nails, but whoever is doing the piercings should have short, clean nails, especially when working with babies.
I made a purchase last week and now I'm trying to return it. It's turning into a headache because the name on the receipt doesn't quite match mine, even though I'm the one who made the purchase. Both the staff who sold it to me and I recognize each other, but they are reluctant to update my information on the receipt. This is preventing me from being able to return the item. I'm currently on the phone with corporate, waiting to speak to a supervisor to resolve this issue. It's frustrating to see if I can even get it done within the 30-day return window. I'll provide an update later.
