I visited Claire's to have my first piercing done. Being a newbie, I was unsure of what to expect. Riley expertly guided me through the process and proved to be an exceptional employee. They made the entire experience enjoyable and put me at ease. Initially, I was uncertain about keeping the earrings on beyond that day, but after witnessing Riley's work, I am now convinced I will never take them off. A perfect 10/10 experience, I highly recommend this location for piercings.
Visited today to have my daughter's ears pierced, arriving at 7:40 PM. Upon entering, I found the store empty, with the employee Riley preoccupied straightening nail polish bottles while on the phone, oblivious to our presence. When I informed her of our intention, she regretfully declined, citing lack of time as the store was closing at 8 PM and she still needed to clean up. I questioned her about serving customers until closing time, to which she struggled to respond, aware of the inconsistency in her actions. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism, I left. This incident highlights the decline of businesses due to employee work ethics. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
