Initially apprehensive due to reviews, it had been a year since my last nail salon visit. However, the outcome was fantastic. They dedicated time and delivered precisely what I desired. Will definitely return.
Had a gel manicure around noon on October 9th, and by 8 AM today (October 10th), three nails had already chipped and the top layer peeled off because the base layer was still wet! This is unacceptable, now I have to pay another salon to redo my nails, less than a day later.
My first visit here was pleasant until the nail artist didn't achieve the design I wanted; it resembled a child's work. However, the worst part was the owner's behavior. She rudely questioned why I didn't like the design, then shouted across the salon asking why I didn't speak up sooner. Despite stopping the artist early on, I generously tipped. Nonetheless, I bid farewell and won't return. If you seek kindness and customer service, the nail technicians were friendly, but the owner lacks these skills.
