Initially apprehensive due to reviews, it had been a year since my last nail salon visit. However, the outcome was fantastic. They dedicated time and delivered precisely what I desired. They have absolutely no customer service. Seems like they were biased! Yes I said it!!. They kept speaking in their native tongue. Didn't even want to apply lotion on our hands. They didn't say hi, thanks, come again. I will never return. I tossed the reward card in the bin after I left. This was my second time here. The first time I had service by an individual there and they did an awesome job, they were kind and very welcoming. My no chip came off in minutes.
