I took my son in to have a few nails repaired and they did an excellent job. They gave him a complete set. He explained precisely how he wanted his nails and they executed it flawlessly. They consulted with him at every stage to ensure his satisfaction and ensured he had a pleasant experience. He absolutely adores his nails. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend them.
Let me be clear, I truly adore my nails. They are incredibly beautiful. I will definitely return. However, I would appreciate more dialogue regarding the customer's preferences. I had requested a matte top coat but didn't get a chance to mention it before she began with the shiny coat. She added little dots without my initial request, although they look stunning. Additionally, she accidentally nicked my fingers 5 times with the file. Once again, the nails are absolutely stunning and I highly recommend the design. But I would prefer more communication and a gentler approach with the filing process.
Tamara is extraordinary. She brought my inspiration picture to life. I was long overdue for a nail session. She was personable and ensured I approved of my nails at each stage. I have found my new go-to salon and I am thrilled I took a chance with them! Thank youuuu. The last photo showcases my inspiration. The square nails are mine :)
