Absolutely dreadful experience at a barber shop. The individual working there claimed to have 14 years of experience but completely disregarded my requests. I showed a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, a faded fohawk, and explicitly asked to avoid it looking like a mullet as a previous stylist had done. However, she insisted that the picture was a mullet and that the result would be the same. I visited another salon, and a lovely elderly lady had no issue replicating the style I desired, even improving upon it. The lack of consideration for customer preferences was astounding. I will never return to that establishment and will enthusiastically recommend the skilled lady who gave me a fantastic haircut instead of that dreadful place!
The salon's setting is fantastic, it's spotless, well-managed, and I consistently walk out with a fantastic haircut. Wendy is my preferred stylist. I wholeheartedly endorse her services!
Excellent job on my son's haircut and such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Wendy is not only extremely talented as a stylist, but she also makes us feel like part of the family. I highly suggest her services!
