I am impressed with how my nails look after every appointment. I am thrilled to have discovered this establishment last Spring. Since last March, I have been visiting monthly to have my nails done. I enjoy experimenting with various designs and often bring in a picture for reference. Without fail, they always exceed my expectations. During my recent visit, I presented them with a challenging design, and they were determined to replicate it accurately. Two additional nail technicians even joined in to assist, and I absolutely adore the final result. They treat my children, who occasionally accompany me, with such kindness, making me feel like part of their family. Despite working with different nail technicians, I have always left satisfied. While my appointment yesterday, which included removing dip powder and adding a new design, took nearly two hours, I believe it's a small price to pay for their dedication to perfecting their craft. I have immense appreciation for them and will continue to be a loyal patron.About

I had a fantastic experience getting my nails done at this salon! The service was prompt and seamless. Ashley, the nail technician, did an outstanding job shaping and painting my nails. I will definitely be returning to her in the future after being disappointed by other nail technicians in Tennessee. I had a not-so-great experience at Zazen. I received multiple services, but ended up with first degree burns on my eyebrows from the waxing. The technician acknowledged the burn but did not apologize or offer a refund. The lack of responsibility and customer service was disappointing. My toes also chipped within a day.
