Nails & Beyond

I am thrilled to have discovered this establishment last Spring. Since last March, I have been visiting monthly to have my nails done. I enjoy experimenting with various designs and often bring in a picture for reference. Without fail, they always exceed my expectations. During my recent visit, I presented them with a challenging design, and they were determined to replicate it accurately. Two additional nail technicians even joined in to assist, and I absolutely adore the final result. They treat my children, who occasionally accompany me, with such kindness, making me feel like part of their family. Despite working with different nail technicians, I have always left satisfied. While my appointment yesterday, which included removing dip powder and adding a new design, took nearly two hours, I believe it's a small price to pay for their dedication to perfecting their craft. I have immense appreciation for them and will continue to be a loyal patron.

I have frequented this establishment on numerous occasions, particularly when I needed urgent nail services. However, my experience yesterday was disappointing. The young receptionist rolled her eyes and displayed a disdainful expression when I requested a simple manicure and pedicure, making me feel like an inconvenience. Despite arriving early to avoid any rush, the receptionist showed a completely different attitude towards a lady standing behind me, who seemed to have an appointment or was a friend. Her demeanor was warm, and she treated the other customer with great enthusiasm. I have decided to discontinue my visits here due to the rude service and the feeling of being undervalued. Additionally, the older lady persistently pushes products even after being politely declined numerous times. This establishment is not worth visiting.

A fantastic experience each visit! I've had two different nail technicians during my few visits, and they consistently deliver exceptional results. They are incredibly friendly and offer affordable services.
