My initial visit there and Susanna was my stylist. Initially agreed to simply trim my hair, but ended up with a drastic cut which was excessively short, particularly in the rear. All my natural curls and waves were snipped off. Furthermore, my hair tends to fold in the back when clipped too short, a technique none of my previous stylists employed. I will not return.
