Steven (in booth 8) did a fantastic job! I came in on Memorial Day. Is there open? Until 3, and I asked if there were openings, which there weren't, which is understandable.
But they took my name down for the next day. I came in and had my appointment right away. I came in and showed a couple of styles and asked which one he thought he could do the best (which I often do, since I want their best work! I'm not going to try to overextend my stylist!).
ABSOLUTELY LOVE the work! Definitely will come back!
I also have a bit of a hard time relaxing my hands, and I just tell him to yell at me if I do tense up and we joke around about it, which I think is funny. I have never had a bad experience at The Groomed Goddess! All of their services are thorough, relaxing and tailored to the client. Addison was kind and welcoming. She took the time to understand what was needed from the massage making it feel much more personalized as a result. Took my parent for a trim at Supercuts West Bend. Specifically asked for Kira due to a previous great experience, and once again, the service was outstanding. Now, there's no going elsewhere. Also, appreciate the ability to book same-day appointments. Personally had Kayla for a cut, and she did a fantastic job while being a delightful conversationalist.
