Didn’t sanitize Tools!!!! Upon entering, the customer service was exceptionally friendly. Despite it being a Friday, there were only 3 workers present, which was surprising. My husband and son were the only ones to receive pedicures. The lady attending to my son did a good job but unfortunately, they did not sanitize their tools. My husband noticed this when he saw the previous client with fungus on his toenails. He had to bring it to the lady's attention.
Upon my return in 2014, this was the first salon I visited, and I instantly fell in love with it. I have tried other places, but none have satisfied me like this one. The professionalism and kindness of the staff are commendable. I appreciate how they greet me when I walk in and attend to me promptly.
I have been a loyal customer here for over a decade. The service has always been satisfactory. This place offers the best manicure and pedicure services in the area. My hands and feet always come out clean, and the staff is always smiling and friendly. Tony and Suzan, in particular, feel like family to me.
