My partner and I are regulars at this salon. I occasionally get a pedicure, and the service is always excellent and relaxing. My partner enjoys getting her nails done and always challenges the staff with new designs. They consistently match the pictures she shows them. The staff is fantastic and very friendly.
I would rate this salon 2.5 stars because I love the vibrant colors and the overall work done. However, in less than a week, my nail started to lift. When I called to ask for a fix, the lady said they would only do it with glue. It seems like they don't value their customers, especially with the quick in-and-out service. Now I have to find another place, which is disappointing after paying $62 for an overlay. I also had to pay an extra $10 for a second color.
I was able to get a quick appointment for a pedicure. I just wanted a simple one, but my feet ended up looking like I did them myself. The pedicure lasted only about 10 minutes, and now my feet are peeling. I feel like I wasted my money here. Paying $38.95 for just nail clipping, soaking, and polishing is not worth it. I've learned my lesson and will look for a cleaner place that offers better service for the price.
