My partner enjoys getting her nails done and always challenges the staff with new designs. They consistently match the pictures she shows them. I frequently visit a few times a year. I enjoy the shop. However, a new individual did my pedicure and manicure. They requested payment before starting my manicure. I observed that no one else having their nails done was asked to pay upfront. 🙄

Waste of time and money. Spent $80 for acrylic nails for my birthday just for it to end up ugly. Waited 30 minutes sitting down waiting for my turn. Jai's artistic flair is exceptional; she can flawlessly replicate images or concepts, breathing life into them. Her dedication to her craft and enthusiasm are palpable.
