I frequently visit a few times a year. I enjoy the shop. However, a new individual did my pedicure and manicure. They requested payment before starting my manicure. I observed that no one else having their nails done was asked to pay upfront. 🙄

The massage was to my liking. A 30-minute body massage cost $30. I had to pay upfront, although I prefer paying after, along with a tip. The masseuse was pleasant, maintaining silence throughout, which was fine by me. I communicated my preference for a gentle touch, and she adhered. The room was cozy and serene, accompanied by pleasant music. My second child's hair was so long, and I scrolled through online reviews and found this place. Alex got us in right away!! Best haircut ever!! We're going to be regulars!! She's knowledgeable and actively pursues further education to expand her expertise. She always prioritizes your well-being, even if it means extra effort on her part. After my personalized facial with her, my skin was left radiant, and we're currently addressing hyperpigmentation and back acne with remarkable progress! She truly goes the extra mile. Today, I asked her for juice suggestions, and after our session, she realized her initial recommendation was closed on Mondays and promptly provided an alternative. A stellar individual and esthetician, a solid 10/10.
