Melissa was punctual for our appointment. She displayed great attention to detail in her work. The entire experience, from beginning to end, was incredibly soothing. She spent a full 60 minutes on my facial treatment, including a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and a delightful massage! Her firm hand pressure during the massage was exactly what I prefer for my neck. My skin appeared more youthful, soft, and rejuvenated afterward. I was also impressed by her choice of music and the tranquil decor in the salon.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY HAVE SWINDLED ME! I paid $250 for a Brazilian waxing package of 5 sessions, but only received 2. When I became pregnant and felt uncomfortable continuing the treatments, the attendant assured me that I could return whenever I was ready, as the sessions NEVER EXPIRE! However, when I called today to schedule an appointment, they claimed there was no record in their system. Their proposed solution was to provide me with a "free" Brazilian treatment. 🤮 It seems like they will be in more need of that money than I am. Hopefully, that establishment goes out of business! What an utterly dreadful experience. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
