Recently relocated and explored various local salons including O'Fallon. This salon had positive reviews and was bustling upon arrival, raising hopes of a new go-to spot. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. Lasted around 6 hours... Will return for repairs, but not a top choice. Requested a dip, received a brushed dip resulting in varying thickness.
Arrived as walk-ins, promptly accommodated. Service aimed to meet our requests but fell slightly short. Cuticles are tender; services exceeded expectations. Overall, satisfactory experience!
