I was lucky to secure a same-day appointment and it was truly the finest experience I've had at an eye doctor visit. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor was very informed and very kind and considerate. Both Doctors I encountered took the time to explain my eye condition and helped ease my worries. I want to give a shoutout to Pam who assisted me in selecting my glasses and taking measurements, she was fantastic, she aided me immensely and I just wanted to acknowledge her, she is a valuable asset to Clarkson EyeCare! They were all extremely patient and friendly. They took excellent care of my child when my spouse brought them in last year and it was no different for me. I recommend anyone to visit there. They were also cross-training an employee and teaching them a new role. It's wonderful to see a company promoting from within. Another significant thumbs up.
