Nancy consistently delivers exceptional service! She handles my nails with precision and care, ensuring no pain or discomfort. Her expertise in dealing with nail corners prone to ingrown issues is truly remarkable. I've had pedicures at various places in the region, and while many are good, I often encounter issues like clipping or discomfort. However, with Nancy, I never have to worry about these issues. The pricing is fair, and there's never a long wait whenever I visit.
I'm a pedicure enthusiast, and I've been a loyal customer of Nail Art for many years! In my opinion, they are among the top establishments in the region. The massage chairs, leg scrub, and hot stone massage are all delightful additions.
Not certain why this spot garners numerous 1-star evaluations. My initial visit was truly wonderful. I strolled in on a Saturday sans an appointment and inquired about availability for a pedicure. I waited for around 5 minutes until one of the kindest individuals provided me with exceptional service. Without even requesting it, she included hot stones, towels, and other luxurious touches. The experience was incredibly relaxing, to the point where I closed my eyes for a brief moment. The pricing was quite fair as well - $42 for a pedicure with gel polish. As a gesture of gratitude for the exceptional service, I left a $13 tip. Having visited various nail salons in the area where I've often experienced cuts, my expectations weren't particularly high. I'm delighted I decided to give it a try on a whim when other places were busy. I'll definitely be returning in 2 weeks!
