I haven't had any manicures or nail work done here. My review is based on the pedicures my child and I received. It may sound strange, but it was the most wonderful pedicure we've ever had. They take their time and are gentle. The ladies are kind. No complaints from me. We will definitely return for more pedicures
Awful nail removal, overcharged me $20 instead of $10. Nails were damaged and it was painful. Won't return
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE & UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️🚯 (PLEASE REFER TO ATTACHED PHOTOS IN MY REVIEW) Visited for a Gel Manicure on 1/29/22- (NEEDED POLICE ASSISTANCE AFTER BEING LOCKED IN‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️⚠️ Avoid this nail salon individuals‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I sat down & soon noticed the technique of the nail tech applying my gel. (2nd table from the cashiers checkout station) (I saw a Tina certificate not sure if it was her) I had to HALT her from finishing my nails completely due to the poor quality! It was TERRIBLE!! I offered to pay her something ($20) for her service as I knew I would need to go elsewhere to fix it. She LOCKED THE DOORS AND DEMANDED payment for the full set!($45) I was scared & trembling, never experienced anything like this before! Also, being new to Austin, this was a nightmare!! There were others present in the salon, the nail tech even grabbed my arm FORCEFULLY & insisted I sit down for her to fix it. (Refer to photos, unnecessary touching of my nails.) I had to CONTACT THE POLICE for assistance!!!! She demanded the full $45 payment for the nails, which I had stopped her from completing, so why should I pay the full amount!!???? She then offered a $5 discount, making me PAY $35 for the POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE! I strongly advise against visiting this salon! None of the other individuals working there seemed to care about how she treated me!!!! They kept pressuring me to pay⁉️⁉️ Look at the state of my nails, no one would pay for this. UNPROFESSIONAL & THE LADIES ARE ELDERLY & should consider retirement!
